Business Transformation & Project Delivery with Sustainability
Katherine Ann Byam — Founder & Managing Director, Dieple Consulting & Training Ltd
Katherine partners with organisations that are restructuring, scaling, or improving how they operate.
Her work brings the financial rigour to evaluate costs and build robust business cases, the governance discipline to set up controls and accountability, and the delivery focus to see complex programmes through to measurable results.
She brings 20+ years leading change across finance, internal audit, supply chain, and operations in global organisations, including a decade at British American Tobacco (FTSE top 10).
Her track record includes millions in savings, a 25%+ lift in operational efficiency, and lasting capability built across distributed, matrixed environments.
Katherine is ACCA-qualified (FCCA) and holds an MBA with Distinction in Innovation Management, alongside certifications in ESG, sustainability management, and digital strategy from Berkeley Law and the University of Cambridge.
The result is an uncommon combination: a deep supply chain and operations core, real innovation experience, and the commercial instinct to lead transformation on hard terms to help clients get ahead of the sustainability and ESG expectations now reaching UK, CARICOM, and global markets.
She is available as an independent contract resource — in person or remote, across UK and CARICOM markets — for transformation, restructuring, and continuous-improvement mandates.
A sustainability advocate, she also hosts Where Ideas Launch, a globally top-5% sustainability innovation podcast, and is a published author on purpose-driven career transitions.
